Elder v. Comcast

On February 17, 2012 Stephan Zouras, LLP filed a complaint on behalf of all service technicians who alleged they were not paid for all time worked.

Specifically, Plaintiffs allege they were not paid for time spent:

  1. accessing handheld devices and receiving work assignments;
  2. working through meal breaks;
  3. performing work after the end of their shift.

In 2016, both parties agreed to settlement and over 75 service technicians received compensation.
