Andy has experience working in a wide range of employment cases, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, misclassification and retaliation as well as cases involving products liability, premises liability, consumer fraud, personal injury and tenant/landlord matters. Andy served as the second chair in two major federal jury trials to verdict on behalf of individuals in wage and hour matters and one state jury trial to verdict on behalf of individuals in a breach of contract matter. Andy has helped thousands of clients and their families recover damages and successfully resolve their legal disputes.
