Since joining the Stephan Zouras team in 2017, Megan has been a fierce advocate for employees and consumers, including assisting the firm in groundbreaking actions involving the Illinois Biometric Privacy Act (BIPA), employee misclassification, improper wage deductions, unpaid wages, and unlawful credit checks. Armed with her knowledge of employment law and passion for advocacy, Megan is a staunch activist for individual rights.
Megan graduated Cum Laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she focused her studies in employment law. Megan received a Certificate in Workplace Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and served as a Student Editor of the Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal published by Chicago-Kent and the Institute for Law and the Workplace. She also served as an Executive Board Member and Fundraising Chair of the Kent Justice Foundation and was a member of the Dean’s List.
Megan earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with degrees in Political Science and International Studies. She also spent a year after college teaching high-school English in Vigo, Spain.
