NCR Customer Engineer “CE” Overtime Actions

Most recently, Stephan Zouras, in one of the first in-person jury trials for unpaid wages since the onset of the COVID pandemic, secured an unpaid wage verdict for our client, a longtime NCR CE.

Stephan Zouras proved that NCR willfully failed to pay our client for more than 1,500 hours of compensable work in direct violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Illinois Minimum Wage Law.

The judge, in a matter of first impression, later held that our client is entitled to statutory damages and penalties under both the FLSA and the IMWL, and granted a six-figure damages award.
