Our firm, along with co-counsel Erik H. Langeland, P.C., represents current and former Tonic East bartenders, waitresses, and servers who were not properly paid minimum wage and overtime pay. Plaintiffs claim that Defendants knowingly failed to pay the applicable minimum hourly wage for their services and they were not properly compensated for their overtime hours worked. Defendants’ failure to properly compensate Plaintiffs constitutes violations of the “FLSA” and New York Minimum Wage Act.
