How Natural are "All Natural" Foods?

Tuesday, September 24 - 2013

We are investigating claims that some "all natural" food products are not as natural as they claim.  Oftentimes consumers willingly pay premium prices with the idea that they are making better health decisions.  Unfortunately, not all food companies are as healthy as you may think.
Recently, Naked Juice (a subsidiary of PepsiCo) settled a $9M lawsuit and agreed to remove "All Natural" from their labeling.  Kashi and Bare Naked are in court for their alleged misuse of "Nothing Artifical" and "All Natural" claims.
We are commited to protecting consumers like you.  Mislabeling as a marketing ploy is inexcusable, especially when health and safety are compromised.
