Cotiguala & Associates, represents current and former satellite technicians employed by Direct Sat, its affiliates and subsidiaries, who were not paid for all time worked, including overtime compensation. Plaintiffs allege that Defendant had a common scheme to require its satellite technicians to work unpaid time off the clock and failed to record all hours worked by its technicians. Plaintiffs claim they performed work off the clock, including pre-shift and post-shift work, attending unpaid meetings, traveling between jobs without compensation and performing work at home. Plaintiffs are seeking to recover unpaid wages, liquidated damages and attorneys’ fees.
