We represent current and former line production employees who allege they were not paid for all time worked, including overtime compensation, for "donning and doffing" safety and protective gear. Plaintiffs allege that TPI Iowa, LLC had a common scheme to require its workers to work unpaid time off the clock and failed to record all time worked by its production employees. Specifically, Plaintiffs claim they were required to begin work before clocking in to work, and were further required to perform work after they clocked out. Plaintiffs also claim they performed work during unpaid meal breaks. Plaintiffs are seeking to recover unpaid wages, liquidated damages, interest, attorneys' fees and other damages.
