Plaintiffs allege that Defendants had a common scheme to require manufacturing plant employees at Specialty Construction Brands' plants in Palatine, IL, Gainesville, FL and Edison, NJ to work unpaid time off the clock and failed to record all hours worked by manufacturing plant employees at those locations. Plaintiffs are seeking to recover unpaid wages, unpaid overtime wages, liquidated damages and attorneys’ fees.
