Our firm, along with Miller Law, LLC and The Law Offices of Thomas M. Ryan, P.C., represents current and former non-exempt, hourly Securitas Security Services uniformed security guards who claim they were not paid for all time worked, including overtime compensation. Plaintiffs allege that they were required to work off-the-clock by attending training, arriving early to prepare for work, working past their scheduled shifts, covering missed shifts, and laundering and maintaining their uniforms without proper compensation. Plaintiffs are seeking to recover unpaid wages, unpaid overtime compensation, liquidated damages, unlawfully withheld wages, statutory penalties, and attorneys’ fees and costs.
If you are currently employed, or have been employed in the past three years, by Securitas as a security guard, and would like more information on this case, we encourage you to read the court approved Notice.
