Cotiguala & Associates, represents current and former poultry processors employed by JCG Industries, Inc. and/or Koch Meat Co., Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries, who were not paid for all time worked, including overtime compensation. Plaintiffs allege that Defendant had a common scheme to require its poultry processors to work unpaid time off the clock and failed to record all hours worked by its poultry processors. Plaintiffs claim they performed work off the clock, including pre-shift and post-shift work, as well as performed work during unpaid meal breaks.
