Cotiguala & Associates, represents current and former technicians employed by Frontline Communications, Inc. and Comcast Corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries, who allege they were not paid for all time worked, including overtime compensation. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants improperly misclassified them as independent contractors and paid them a piece rate for each installation they completed. Plaintiffs also allege that Defendants deducted monies from wages for insurance, meter rental, phones, uniforms, tools and other equipment, and work order errors/charge backs.
