We represent current and former hourly paid production employees in Iowa who allege they were not paid for all time worked, including overtime compensation, for "donning and doffing" safety and protective gear. Plaintiffs allege that Electrolux had a common scheme to require its workers to work unpaid time off the clock and failed to record all time worked by its hourly paid production employees. Specifically, Plaintiffs claim they were required to begin work at least 15 minutes before clocking in at their scheduled shift time and were not paid for washing and maintaining equipment, including arm guards, at home. Plaintiffs seek to recover unpaid wages, liquidated damages, interest, attorneys' fees and other damages.
