Our firm, along with co-counsel Jac A. Cotiguala & Associates, represent current and former Customer Account Executives (“CAEs”) employed by Comcast Corporation in Illinois who claim that they were not paid for all time worked, including overtime compensation. Plaintiffs allege that pursuant to Defendant’s common scheme, they worked before the start of their scheduled shifts and during unpaid meal breaks booting up their computers, logging on and opening numerous software applications without pay. Plaintiffs also allege that Defendant failed to pay promised incentive payments either on time or at all. According to the lawsuit, Plaintiffs claim Defendant violated the Illinois Minimum Wage Act and the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act amongst other claims. Plaintiffs are seeking to recover unpaid wages, liquidated damages and attorneys’ fees.
