Our firm represents current and former technicians employed by AMTEC LLC ("AMTEC") who allege they were not paid for all time worked, including overtime compensation. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants failed to pay them time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40 per week, automatically deducted 30 minute meal breaks from pay regardless of whether the meal break was taken, and failed to keep accurate time records for technicians.
